Paul Troquille Ministries is the home of Leadership Training International, dedicated to equipping pastors and church leaders with the tools, insight, and spiritual foundation needed to lead with humility and power.
Our mission is to cultivate spiritual growth and leadership excellence around the world. Through multi-day and multi-week training seminars held across the globe, we invest in local pastors and ministry leaders—equipping them in biblical leadership and empowering them to build, strengthen, and expand the local church in their regions.
Paul & Debbie
For nearly 15 years, Paul and Debbie served faithfully as senior pastors in Magnolia, Arkansas. In 2002, they stepped out of the pastorate and into an international calling, as Paul began traveling to Tanzania, Africa. There, he partnered with Dr. Egon Falk, serving for 19 years as Principal of the Academy of Leadership. During that time, they helped train thousands of men and women to become pastors, ministers, and church leaders—many of whom are now actively ministering across the continent of Africa.
NOW they have begun a new season of ministry, traveling nationally and internationally preaching, and conducting leadership training for churches and ministers with training weekends and multi-week training courses.
Paul & Debbie have been married since 1982. They have three children and eight grandchildren.
