For 14 years, Paul and Debbie faithfully pastored in Magnolia, Arkansas. In 2002, they felt a new calling and Paul embarked on a mission to Tanzania, Africa, partnering with Dr. Egon Falk as principal of New Life Academy of Leadership. For 19 years, they empowered thousands of pastors, leaders, and church planters. Now, Paul embraces a new season of ministry, traveling globally to conduct transformative leadership clinics for Bible schools, churches, and ministries.
